Foundation Year Two Doctors
From Wednesday 3rd August 2022 we will be welcoming Foundation Year Two (FY2) doctors to the practice.
The programme (over two years) ensures newly qualified doctors develop their clinical and professional skills before they continue training in a speciality or general practice.
The FY2 doctors will have a tutor at the practice and will be mentored throughout their time with us. The FY2 consults with patients under the supervision of one of our GPs.
Advanced Practitioners
The Advanced Practitioners can assess, diagnose and treat a wide range of conditions. They are available Monday - Friday.
(Please note they do not carry out routine nursing duties e.g. chronic disease reviews, cervical smears, injections, travel appointments etc. These appointments should be booked with a Practice Nurse).
