We are a large practice and we do constantly strive to ensure that everyone receives quality care and attention and we welcome any suggestions or comments from you as to how to improve the service we offer. We realise that occasionally things do not go as smoothly as we would like.
If you have a complaint please either fill in the form on the Contact Details Web Page, put it in writing or tell a Receptionist who will then inform the Assistant Practice Manager Mrs Dee Ingham who is the Complaints Manager. She will investigate the complaint thoroughly and contact you directly. We do take all complaints very seriously and try to learn from them.
Please note that complaints regarding clinical issues which are time sensitive should not be actioned through the website-please contact the surgery directly
